SND
Sebastian Niessen from Germany built a sophisticated step sequencer suiting his own needs as an active musician. The success of the device with the name SAM16 gained fame being used by Basic Channel and others and also was the start of the brand SND. After that Niessen developed the high end fixed filterbank FB14 and the ACME4, a complex tool to process timing events.
SND is also know for custom designs and one-offs done for many established acts (Florian Schneider/Kraftwerk et al.)
